Is there a discount for non-profits?
The published prices are the non-profit prices. Every Avover customer is a non-profit or a care provider; there is no higher list price this is discounted from.
Is there a setup fee?
Not on Starter. From Core up there is a one-time onboarding fee, quoted on the call, that covers loading your roster, rules and rotations with you.
Are text messages really included?
Yes. Every call-out text and manager alert is included in the monthly price. No carrier fees, no per-message charge.
What counts as scheduled staff?
Everyone you can put on a shift or send a coverage offer to: full-time, part-time, casual and relief. Managers and admins who are never scheduled do not count.
What if it does not work for us?
Cancel on 30 days' notice, any time, and export everything. The first two months are free so you can decide with your own schedule running.
