Book a demo

Fill an urgent facility shift in minutes, not an hour of calls.

A facility calls at 11 pm. Your scheduler posts the shift once, and Avover texts every worker oriented at that site who holds the skill it needs. The first yes is confirmed, and you are told the moment it fills or after fifteen minutes if it hasn't. Keep the tools you use for visits. For a pool of 71 to 110 workers it is $449 a month, flat, texts included.

How an urgent request goes today

  • The request comes in outside the roster

Nobody dropped a scheduled shift. A facility needs a health care aide tonight, and sometimes the window to fill it is one hour. The demand starts with the client, not the schedule.

  • The pool lives in a group chat

Ninety aides, one chat, one scheduler on call around the clock. The first reply is not always the right person, and the ones who never reply are never asked why.

  • The right person is a shorter list than it looks

Oriented at that facility. Holding the skill the request names. Under the hours cap. Not already booked. The scheduler keeps that list in her head at 11 pm.

  • Nobody knows it filled until someone says so

The facility asks. The aide asks. The scheduler confirms by hand, twice, and then updates the sheet for payroll later.

How a fill works with Avover

Post once. Everyone eligible is asked at once. You are told either way.

1

Post the shift once

Site, date, start and end, role, the skill it needs, how many people. One screen, then Broadcast.

2

Everyone eligible is texted at once

Only workers oriented at that facility, holding the skill, under their hours cap and not already booked. They reply YES or NO. The first yes takes the shift and the rest are told it is filled.

3

You are told, either way

A text to the scheduler the moment it fills, or at fifteen minutes if nobody has said yes, so a human can step in before the window closes. Every offer and answer is logged.

Built for a facility pool

Every rule below is checked before a text goes out.

Oriented at that site only

Each worker is tied to the facilities they are oriented at. A shift at one site never goes to someone who has not been there.

Skill-specific requests

Mark the shift as needing a skill, such as hospice or dialysis, and only workers who hold it are offered it.

Weekly hours cap

Set a weekly threshold and an allowance. Anyone the shift would push over is skipped, and a manager can override with a reason.

Everyone at once, or in groups

Text the whole eligible pool for an urgent shift, or offer in seniority groups for a planned one. Your choice per setting.

Check in, check out

Workers check in and out from their phone. Hours export for the pay period.

The record

Who was offered the shift, who answered, who was skipped and why, when it filled. Exportable.

What it costs an agency

Priced by the size of your pool, not per worker and not per text. Up to 39 workers is $199 a month; 40 to 70 is $299; 71 to 110 is $449. Unlimited facilities, every text included, month to month. A one-time onboarding fee is quoted on the call. See all seven bands.

Questions we get asked

Is this an app our workers have to install?
No. Workers reply YES or NO to a text. Check-in and their shifts are a web page that works on any phone. Nothing to install, nothing to keep updated.
Can it only offer a shift to people oriented at that facility?
Yes. Each worker is tied to the sites they are oriented at, and a shift is only offered within that list.
What about a request for a specific skill?
Mark the shift with the skill it needs. Only workers who hold it are offered it.
What happens if nobody says yes in fifteen minutes?
The scheduler gets a text at fifteen minutes, so a person can step in while there is still time. The log shows who was offered it and who answered.
Does it replace the software we use for home visits?
No. Keep your visit scheduling and charting where they are. Avover runs the facility pool and the urgent fills. Hours export for payroll.
How do we know a worker got the text?
The log shows when each text was sent and whether the number accepted it. A wrong or dead number shows up once and gets fixed.
